• You enter a themed room - it could be a mystery, prison, haunted house, secret lab, the possibilities are endless!
• Your team searches for clues hidden in objects, codes, or patterns.
• You solve puzzles - like number locks, riddles, symbols, or logic challenges.
• You unlock new areas or find the final key or code to "escape".
• You win if you finish the mission before time runs out!
• The goal: Work as a team, think creatively, and communicate well. It's not just about escaping - it's about teamwork, logic, and having fun!

• Search everything carefully. Look under, behind, and inside objects (besides any objects that are labeled as "do not open")
• Spot patterns. Repeating numbers, symbols, or colors may end up being clues. (ex: if there are 3 red books, the code might be 3)
• Communicate constantly. Many puzzles require combining information that different people discover separately.
• Think simple first. Most puzzles are logical - don't overthink. Try obvious code orders before complex ones.
• Connect the dots. Link clues together from all across the room.
• Keep moving. Don't waste time stuck on one puzzle. Move on - another clue might unlock the answer!

• No rough handling. Do not force open locks, doors, or props. If something doesn't open easily, it's not part of the puzzle.
• Respect the props and space. Please treat all decorations, furniture and props with care. Breaking items may result in game termination or a damage fee.
• Follow the game master's instructions. Your game master is there to guide and assist you. Listen carefully before and during the game.
• Children ages 12 and under must have an adult present.
• Do not take props, locks, or any other object from one room to the next one.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or unused reservations. Please double-check your date, time, and group size before booking.

Arrival & Late Policy

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time to check in and receive your game introduction. Games begin exactly at their scheduled time to maintain a timely flow for all guests.

We offer a 5-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your booking will be marked as a no-show and your game time will be forfeited with no refund or reschedule.

How long does the escape room take?

• Each experience lasts about 60 minutes.
